Our goal objective was to develop the platform and then attract subscribers. The platform catered to both B2B and B2C audiences, providing employees with a resource to explore diverse topics and stay informed about the constantly changing landscape.

Liceria & Co functions as a sales aid, training resource, educational tool, and source of updated information. Users can access it from their laptop, tablet, or smartphone to delve into different subjects, aiding them in making informed choices.

We crafted a multi-platform strategy to engage diverse users and pinpointed the most efficient platforms for reaching the appropriate audience, distinguishing between B2B and B2C users. LinkedIn and cold email demonstrated effectiveness in raising brand awareness within the B2B sector. On the other hand, Meta was predominantly utilised to boost brand awareness in the B2C sector. Recognising that Meta requires substantial education, we anticipated a longer sales process. Consequently, we developed a funnel aligned with the customer journey to guide users from awareness to conversion.
